The breakfast was fantastic, from omelettes to local specialities. Everything you can think of. The roof top pool was great, the staff were very obliging one cap who was the manager for a day spoke very good English.

Location in the center, near several malls and attraction. Easy to find food .Staff was very good, pay attention to our needs which is rather unusual. We asked for extra bedsheet to be use as blanket, since standard blanket is too thick for us meaning it would be too hot. And we don't wait long to get it.

The location is very nice. It's really close to Lawang Sewu, one of the iconic tourist destination for Semarang. It's also close to Simpang Lima. Across the hotel, there's one of big malls in Semarang. So, it's easy to find food. The hotel also has swimming pool in decent size on the rooftop, along side the gym and a cafe.The view from the rooftop is also nice, especially in the evening.

The hotel is efficient, well-located, and practical. The staff were always offering to be of help and were friendly. Lawang Sewu and a nice shopping mall is just across the street and my onwards transport, Joglosemar Bus/Van was just within walking distance.

All good except for the towels. All bath towels was old and greyish(looks dirty!) More no hand towels! Suggestion: 1. Need to replace with new towels. 2. Might be better to bring own towels.

Almost everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect, just in the city center with several malls around. The staff of the hotel were super friendly and kind. The rooms have all the services and were clean. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

Cleanliness was on top and staffs were superb from receptionist to security team. Although the parking lot is super limited, but the valet service guys did excellent jobs in assiting and arranging all the cars, leading the guest down from the car to the receptionist area. Overall, excellent service!

Room is clean, bathroom is spacious and hot water shower runs well. Location near DP mall. Just across the hotel. Smooth check in and check out. Narrow car park but they will park (valet parking) your car for free.
